Early cancellation

Hi there, I need to know the options of notifying TalkTalk regarding my early termination.PHONE lines not allowing me to due to COVID-19.

Hi samratk,

 

If this is specifically in regards to cancelling then you should be able to contact our Loyalty/Cancellation Team between 10am and 6pm today. This is specifically for cancellation requests, if you have a tech issue then we can help here.
