I'm sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I've run a test on the line which hasn't detected a fault. Is your dad still experiencing the same issue with the broadband connection at the moment?
Yes unfortunately he is, he is unable to nrowse at all due to poor speed. Is there anything that can be done to boost this please? Thank you
