I had an engineer arranged to come out as my broadband disconnects multiple times everyday and has been doing so for around 2 months. The engineer text to cancel when the lockdown began and said i needed to contact talktalk to rearrange. This has proven impossible!
I am a psychologist attempting to work from home with vulnerable people via skype. Transitioning from face to face to online therapy is hard enough but my internet now disconnects at least every 30 minutes meaning i am unable to work.
