Faulty Router

My Tado keeps losing it's connection to its server. It is plugged into one of the LAN ports and looking at the reports it drops all the time, ever since I moved to TalkTalk.

 

I've factory reset the router and it still does it. Can TalkTalk check for outages on my line?

I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line which hasn't detected a fault and the connection looks stable at the moment. Just to confirm, does this affect wired and wireless connections?

yes my tado bridge is wired to the router. tado are reporting no outages

Unfortunately no better. Please let me know how I cancel the broadband under the great connection guarantee. I will need to progress an order with another supplier.
