My Tado keeps losing it's connection to its server. It is plugged into one of the LAN ports and looking at the reports it drops all the time, ever since I moved to TalkTalk.
I've factory reset the router and it still does it. Can TalkTalk check for outages on my line?
I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line which hasn't detected a fault and the connection looks stable at the moment. Just to confirm, does this affect wired and wireless connections?
