Our Wi-Fi hub has been unreliable for months with the internet cutting out. I'm forever climbing up into the loft to reset or restart the router. And now the power has gone completely. No lights displaying, I've tried changing the plug, plug socket, factory reset etc. I can only assume its faulty. Please can you send me a replacement.

I'm sorry to hear this.
I've completed a line test which hasn't detected any faults so I have ordered a replacement router and returns bag, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.
Let us know how the connection compares with this router.

I also have this same issue where I woke up this morning to no lights on my (2 month old) WiFi Hub. I have attempted Live Chats with numerous agents who have not been able to resolve this at all. Please can someone help me with this??

Hi Debbie I managed to resolve this by calling customer services, who eventually let me speak to a manager who agreed to send me a replacement.
