Fibre-65 £80 Gift Voucher

I signed up for Fibre-65 including an £80 voucher on 16/02/2021.

I have not received any email from the gift voucher supplier to confirm it is registered.

I contacted Giftcloud but they told me they were not the provider.

I realise I have to wait 90 days from switch-on to claim my voucher but I would like to know if anyone has my details.

Likewise, I bought the same deal on the 11th of April and have heard absolutely NOTHING. I think it's a bit ridiculous that TalkTalk expect you to wait so long.

You do have to wait upto 90 days as per the Terms and conditions below.

 

  • It will take up to 90 days after the original purchase date for your purchase to be verified as eligible for a voucher. We strongly recommend letting this 90-day period pass before querying the status of your voucher.
     

Contact us back after 90 days and update your community profile to include your landline number and I can chase it up at that time.

It's 90 days before you can start chasing it up, unfortunately,  @gi3tac.

 

Just keep a note of all the details for reference later on.
