Fibre-65 Gift Voucher Missing £80

I am now due my gift voucher which is overdue by a couple of weeks and have not received any email and when clicking on the link to check the status of my voucher I receive a response from a company who claim they are not the issuing company of said voucher. 

 

Pretty poor show really talktalk. 

 

I trust you can get this sorted and have the voucher issued without the consumer wasting any additional time???

Please keep an eye on your spam/junk folder for an email from Giftcloud.
