If your account is showing that the speed boost has been applied then one thing you could try is to switch the router off for over 30 minutes, then when you switch it back on it will start a new 'session', this can sometimes help it reconnect at the increased speed.
If this does not help, then one of the staff will be able to pick this post up tomorrow and check your connection stats.
I'm showing the speed boost has been applied and the line is in sync at 63.3mb.
