This is the throughput speed (speed test results) Please let us know once the replacement router has been connected to the test socket for 48hrs we can then check the connection stats again.
Set up replacement router last Thursday morning. Thursday night it appears that the router was updated and the uptime reset automatically
The router has been up for over 3 days and only getting 45mb/s download.
The sync speed is at 45mb. The profile is set correctly at 80mb. The minimum Guaranteed speed is 49mb.
So there is an issue and speed is below predicted rates. all the usual line tests are clear so nothing obvious stand out.
Next option is to arrange an Openreach engineer for further investigation. I'll drop you a PM with the details required.
