I have had a constant flashing amber light on my router since last night. I have tried resetting and taking wires out and putting them back in. Can someone please assist. This customer service isn't great either considering I need internet to get help for my internet.

Line tests are clear, nothing stands out. Can you check the home phone and see if there is a dial tone ?
Also, do you have access to another router to rule out a hardware issue.
