Global Protect VPN Problem

I made a post earlier this evening about this issue which seems to have disappeared. trying again now since contacting tech support is impossible.

I'm finding it impossible to get my VPN working while attempting to work from home. My work system uses the Global Protect VPN and my router is a DSL - 3782. It connects, but I can't access the internet, connect to the servers etc. It's definitely not a problem at my end because it works just fine if I try to connect through other ISPs.

Having read through the forums I see that a lot of other people have the same problem, but there doesn't seem to be a fix for it other than sending out a different router model. If that's the only way to fix the problem then please send me one. I work for the government and we're all officially supposed to be working from home for the duration of the crisis (as is everybody else of course). I can't be stuck without the ability to work from home during a global emergency when I'm supposed to be staying home.
