I was meant to go live yesterday 7th September however there is no connection just an orange blink on the router, the contact centre employee said it should take couple of hours but still nothing. Also an engineer was meant to sort this out to begin with but the company cancelled because apparently my property should be ready. Does anyone else have similar issues and any resolution to this?

Go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard; make sure you put in your landline phone number and a fallback mobile phone number; click finish to save.
Staff will reply during normal business hours.
I'm showing the service has gone live but tests are showing no sync from router. Is this currently connected at your master socket and turned on ?
