HELP: Optout not working

I cannot access my works internet address.  I am signed onto their VPN. I was accessing it fine until this week broadband kept dropping off the vpn so I plugged in my Ethernet cable and then it stopped allowing me to access it.  I spoke to works IT who showed me to do the talktalk opt out section, did that, rebooted router and pc and still cannot get onto the works internet, can anyone help please.  It’s not even working when I’m not using the Ethernet cable now either.

Sorry for the delayed reply, we're doing our best in these unprecedented circumstances due to the Corona virus to answer everyone as quickly as possible.

 

The router you have should work fine. If you are still experiencing problems can you switch your router off and leave it off for at least 30 minutes then switch back on and retest
