I have recently had said router delivered and I've installed it. I got email yesterday saying that your system didn't recognise the connected router. Logged in and checked, it's correctly identified and says it needs a firmware update.
Please can you push said update to my router. If there are any problems, please let me know. I haven't changed any of the remote management information.
