Hi I upgraded my broadband so I could get the free door bell but I haven’t heard anything since and who can I contact thank you

You should have your code today be aware  Amazons site is not defaulting to the Official product , Ensure that the product is being supplied By Dispatched from and sold by Amazon EU Sarl. and not appliance direct.
