I recently moved house and yesterday had an openreach engineer visit to set up my line. He tested the line and said it was working correctly. I then hot an email from talktalk to say my broadband was back live again and all the lights on my router are showing green.
However when i select to use my wifi kn a device it asks me to sign in. When i click sign in it takes me to a page that says I do not have permission.
Ive tried turning off and on, left off for a length of time before resetting, deleted the network from my devices and then re added. Im not sure what else to try?
