I have simply tried to renew my account and upgrade to full fibre. The service I am getting from the call centre who clearly can't go 'off script' is absolutely appalling.
Can I please speak to someone in the UK who can actually assist me. I have just been cut off after waiting 37 minutes on hold with the call centre.
I am poised to cancel everything for the sake of my own sanity.
If a UK rep picks this up, please call me on the mobile telephone number on my account.
I have now been waiting for a call back for 3 days so that I can log a complaint!!
Please can someone help me get in touch with TalkTalk in the UK?!
