@Robbie8 , If you do actually want help with your issues rather than just to have a rant, then you do need to update your forum profile as you have previously been advised in order for staff to be able to take a look at your account.

@AllyM, if you inadvertently type in a word that's on their banned list (and some very innocent words are actually on there, because the algorithm thinks they are abusive / swearing / racist etc, but in the context or in an idiom they might well not be) it will show as a whole load of random characters. The forum software is set to do this by default, and it can be quite a nuisance in some situations!
Anyway, the original was probably not what you see!
@Robbie8, the telephone number that Martswain mentioned is essential for Talktalk staff to identify your account.
Please go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard.

@Robbie8 do you actually mean losing internal WiFi connections or that your router loses connection with external equipment with loss of internet.
What service and what model router do you have ?
What light(s) show on the router when the issue occurs ?
Add your TT landline number to your community profile so staff can identify your account.
Please don't use profanities, you'll just get banned.
