How long does it talk to optimise a line

Hi

 

When a new line is connected BT ask to allow 7-10 days for a line to fully optimise so the DLM system has a chance to build up a 'data' history to consider when setting the required profiles.

 

If the line has been live for a while, then DLM should be optimising the line over 24hrs. 

 

Are you having an issue with your service or connection currently ?
