For what its worth, with all my recent deliveries of 3 new routers (long story) I got email updates from Yodel themselves giving tracking numbers.

We can see a tracking number when this is dispatched but the tracking number is not automatically passed to the customer.
Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

A replacement router is on its way and a returns bag for your current router.

The staff here will be back tomorrow, if your router appears to have died they will be able to arrange a replacement for you, they should respond to this post again tomorrow.
