My router has broken how do I order a new one please?

For what its worth, with all my recent deliveries of 3 new routers (long story) I got email updates from Yodel themselves giving tracking numbers.

Hi

 

We can see a tracking number when this is dispatched but the tracking number is not automatically passed to the customer.

A replacement router is on its way and a returns bag for your current router.

 

Please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive. Let us know how the connection compares with this router.

Hi @TraceyButler,

 

The staff here will be back tomorrow, if your router appears to have died they will be able to arrange a replacement for you, they should respond to this post again tomorrow.

Hi Chris

The power light went off and I've tried unplugging everything and plugging it back in, tried a different socket but no luck.
