My TalkTalk router has suddenly stopped working. I was on the internet this evening when I suddenly lost my internet connection, currently tethered to my mobile to add this report.
I checked my router but none of the lights came on (not even the power light). It is now completely dead, I have checked the mains socket and it is working, the router is definitely faulty.
How do I go about getting a replacement, please?
I have flagged this up to the OCE for you, they should pick it up tomorrow.
