Hub constantly dropping connection

Hi there. Could someone please look in to why my Hub is restarting a lot recently. It's been doing it all this past week. Mainly in the evening. It started tonight at about 8.30. since then it's been on and off.

I can see that this fault has been raised to Openreach to be investigated by a line engineer.

 

We should receive further updates from Openreach within the next 48hrs.

Hi there. I don't own a landline phone so I am unable to test that. Only seems to start restarting in the evenings?

Morning,

 

I'm sorry for the delay. I've run a test on the line now which has detected a potential fault. Just to confirm, are you experiencing any issues with the voice service such as noise on the line or no dial tone? If the voice service is ok then please let us know and we can raise this over as a broadband fault.

The support team here won't be back online until Monday I'm afraid. Have you worked your way through the Service Centre?
