I HAVE NO BROADBAND OR LANDLINE PHONE AT ALL

Since 10am today I have had no broadband or landline phone at all! I have a whole family of people unable to work from home because of it! Why can't I get this prioritised over people who just have problems like slow connection - this is a total loss of service! Can somebody please not fob me off this time
