I cannot use VPN and need to work from home

Hi,

I've been told that Talk Talk block VPN and that I should move to a different provider.  Is this correct? 

 

I'm meant to be working from home today but I can't!

Just to confirm, which router do you have? (make and model)

 

Please can you update your Community profile to include your name, telephone number and alternative contact number, we can then look into this further (Please do not post this information on this thread)

Rubbish, who told you that? There are issues with certain router models, if you advise which one you have then the support team here can arrange a swap out for you, make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk landline number are complete on your community profile here so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.
