Hi, I need help with postponing my go live date. Our house move has been cancelled for the time being due to Corona Virus and I cannot get through to any agents online or on the phone. I have called 2 days in a row multiple times. Have sat on hold for nearing an hour and a half this afternoon. I really need to get this sorted. Can anyone help?

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your account.
To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.
