I really really need a new router

Hi all, 

I was meant to get the internet set up on Wednesday 25th. I had an email to confirm it was live but it wasn't working so I chatted online to a member of the team on 26th and their diagnostic showed we'd been sent a faulty router. She also told me she couldn't send a new router right then as there were changes to my account which hadn't been activated and would take 24 hours to come into effect. She told me to chat back this morning but I've not been able to get hold of anyone online or on the phone.

I just need a new router sending out asap
