I received the new router today, but the stand snapped off as soon as I removed it from the box.

It's the new router that is provided free with the 12-month fixed-fee package.

  • Alternative contact number

Is this the correct number showing on your Welcome Pack? The number provided in the Private Notes section looks like an order number and not the account number.

 

Has your service gone live with TT yet?
