Having been suffering for some time from intermittently stalling wi-fi reception, I resorted to the guide on this subject produced by Community Star Keith French. Having submitted to him the analysis of my wi-fi performance he has recommended that as I'm using the Sagemcom hub, I should initially request that TalkTalk disable their remote diagnostic utility known as 'Wi-Fi Optimisation', please can this be disabled for me?
Once this has been done, I can continue to investigate the matter further.
