Hi, I signed up to renew my broadband a couple of months ago and chose the ring indoor cam as my freebie. I haven't received anything since to be able to claim this. Can someone please advise?

We have encountered a problem with the Ring codes, We are working on this and will get the code out to you as soon as the problem has been solved.
Can you also update your community profile to include either your landline or account number.
