I have just done a service check as my wifi keeps dropping . It comes up with our health check shows you broadband has been disconnecting.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing problems with your service

 

Have you noticed if the lights change on your router when the connections drops?


How many telephone sockets do you have? Do you have anything connected to your telephone sockets in addition to your router?

 

Do you have anothe router you can test with

The lights stay on as normal. I have one socked with the broadband and telephone plugged into it . I have tried my other router and it still does it . It happrmd maybe 3 times aday for no more than 30 seconds then comes back on
