After years of great service my broadband connection is breaking down during the afternoon, which extends into the early evening. I have chatted with the techs, who sound very convincing with their explanations and various tests, which culminate in me getting no further with the problem. Why can't we have a simple phone number to ring instead of useless Q&A's which resolve nothing. I have just signed up for another two year contract, so am somewhat disappointed at their approach. I am on Fibre 150.
Can anyone out there direct me to a personal contact point i.e. a telephone number please.

I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line which hasn't detected a fault, however the connection does look unstable. Can I just confirm, when the connection drops do the lights change on the router or the modem?
