I say disconnnect, What I mean to say is I can continue to use things that I was already connected to before Sunday 23:59 way into the night, but creating new connections isn't possible from 00:00 - 00:59 Monday morning.

I'm sure you are getting reports of the same fault to other households across the country. Please can you do the same
It does sound like a DNS fault, If you could kindly change the DNS servers for my area that would be much appreciated 🙂
Thanks for confirming this. Could you activate HomeSafe in My Account and as soon as this is active then deactivate HomeSafe again. This should then resolve the issue that you're experiencing during this time. Please let us know how you get on.
