Internet down and no other means to contact you...

We rebooted our hub because our work VPNs kept dropping out. Now we have no internet or wifi, both of which keep flashing. The broadband light remains steady though. 

 

Please advise what to do. Have gone round in circles to find a means to contact you, and this seems to be the only route.
