Thanks for that, unfortunately we still can't communicate with your router, how has your connections been over the weedend?

Morning Chris,

Connections over the weekend seemed to be stable with no drop outs.

Speed and health tests all good (apart from the yellow warning triangle referring to no router access)

Hi Debbie, Happy New Year.

Further to last months issues, I have been trying for the last couple of days to carry out a periodical speed check. Unfortunately all I get is a message 'unable to connect to server'.

Also, I am unable to view my account billing.

All other internet access seems to be ok.

Funnily enough, I can now see my latest bill in my account, but still get the following message when trying to do a speed check :-

Unable to connect to a server at this time. Please try again later.

I also find the speed test -  Sam Knows Speed Test  to be reliable.
