Internet has not been working since lunchtime. I have to work from home and have lost a whole day s work without internet.
In addition my children are not able to do any of the schoolwork that has been set for them.
Talk Talk - please help.
I'm sorry for the delay in getting back to you and I'll take a look now. I've run a test on the line which hasn't detected a fault, however I can see that the router hasn't authenticated.
Have you tried switching the router off for a full 30 minutes and then retested? Do you have a dial tone? Does your master socket have a test socket?
