Hi @Grace721 how are you getting on with the new router?
Sometimes after a new bit of kit things can take a while to settle down.
How are you checking your speeds? Wired ore wireless, what are your contracted speeds?
Even without the router the internet has been rubbish but when the router came the internet was fine during the day not good but at least things loading then stopped at night and it’s been around 11-12 hours since it’s been down I’m even getting 0.24mpbs and the internet has completely stopped working and I’m running out of data and if this continues I won’t have any other way of contacting people for help seen has Talktalk isn’t receiving calls.
Hi @Grace721 sporty I'm not understanding you correctly, I think I'd better leave it to the OCE team too help you they will be able to look at your setup and advise.
