Did you request for the line to be cancelled as you were moving to a different property? If the line has already been disconnected then we wouldn't be able to re-connect the line again now, apologies for this.
A new order would need to be placed for Openreach to re-connect the service at the current property, however due to limited engineer availability and Openreach not provisioning any new orders at this time this wouldn't happen until June at the earliest.
