I have no broadband - takes 10 min to load a web page, can’t do Zoom calls or watch TV. Reported on live chat, told I was hitting guaranteed speed, must be no problem. Still unchanged after several days. The website checker now says I’ve not been hitting guaranteed speeds for 4 days and it’s so slow it can’t even run the check now.I’ve got such a busy afternoon of work planned and this is awful service. Can I actually contact anyone? There’s no number anywhere on the website
