Issues using a Cisco VPN

Have a D-Link Super Router Model: DSL-3782 at home. I am unable to connect to a Cisco VPN which allow me to work from home.

Any solutions available as this is impacted my ability to work flexibly?

I made a topic about this a year ago and tried to resolve it then - it’s still not working, I never got confirmation that the firmware was updated and the thread is no longer letting me reply

Hi bethcab

I'll get a different router out to you to see if this helps.

Thanks

I believe the issue is with VPN Client Cisco anyconnect. it affects both wired and wireless communication with my work computer.

i don’t use my talktalk landline, I was previously told to update my alternative number on my profile  to my account number instead, will that suffice?

Hi bethcab,

Does this affect both wired and wireless? Is the VPN Client Cisco anyconnect or just Cisco?

Can you please update your community profile to include your:

  • TalkTalk Telephone number

We'll then look into this further. Please do not post this information on this thread Once you've updated your profile please post in your topic to confirm it's updated.

Thanks
