Upgraded to faster broadband ,since keep loosing Internet connection,but still connected ,the white light on router remains on ,spent several hours on live chat and call with talktalk ,no problems with line etc they tell me ,but it's driving me mad ,wish I'd never changed

Does this happen with just wireless connections or wired ones as well?
