I'm leaving talktalk. I have ordered with a new provider and they are going to be taking over the telephone number. Talktalk documentation states its best to let them know but it is humanly impossible to get through to the loyalty team.
Does anyone know an email address that I can use to advise that my services need to stop at the completion of my contract?

I finally managed to get through to the team. They advised me that I have to wait until exactly 30 days before I need the service cut-off. Lets be clear, my contract is expiring I'm not cancelling. Can you please advise where in the contract it states that it has to be exactly 30 days? This seems needlessly pinickity for no good reason. Can you also please supply an email address I can send a letter of complaint? This is a complete waste of everybody's time.
This is occurring all because you can't match the speed of Virgin in my area and not because I'm massively unhappy with the service. . Nevertheless I'll probably never use you again now.

you do need to call the loyalty team on 03451720046 or 03451725157 too place a cancellation etc.
