Hi.  Is there still a 'live chat' facility where you can text with a rep in real time?  I've been all over the site but found only this:

which is not much use as no numbers are provided.

Thanks, AllyM.  I meant telephone numbers.  It turns out that one of my browser's privacy features was hiding the 'chat now' button from me...

@largolady I don't know what you mean by "numbers". Just click on the "chat now" button on that page to start a live chat session.

It's a moot point anyway as I don't think the live chat operators deal with contract renewals, nor do the staff on this forum. The best way to renew your contract is to phone the Loyalty Team on 0345 172 0046 (opening hours are on the live chat page you found) to discuss what package and features you want and negotiate a deal. (I advise you say "Loyalty Team" when asked to state the reason for your call in order to get directly to the right people to help you)

Hi Michelle.  I wanted to ask about my upcoming contract expiry.  I've been given a price for another 2 years of broadband but there was no mention of Anytime Calls which I got at half price last renewal time.
