We're aware that some customers in and around the South Yorkshire area were experiencing a loss service due to a cable break on the Openreach network used to provide the services to the following exchanges:

- Cudworth
- Darton
- Garford
- Penistone
- Royston
- Sandal
- Silkstone
- Skelmanthorpe
- Stocksbridge
- Wombell

Openreach engineers have confirmed they have replaced and reconnected the damaged fibre cable and services have been restored. We would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused during this time.
