Ive had no service since yesterday. When will work on the stepps exchange be complete, I work from home!

Openreach engineers are currently at the affected exchange repairing a power fault. Service in the area will be restored once the power issue has been resolved. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time and assure you our engineers are working to restore service as a priority.
