Missing items

I received a new router on Saturday as part of my updated package and in the set up guide booklet enclosed with the router it states there are five items included in the box, but there were only three, the micro-filter and broadband cable and micro-filter were missing. Please could you send these items to me in order for me to set up the new router?!

There is no longer anybody from TalkTalk here to help. You need to contact them directly, please see the footnote to my post. 

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
