We are currently moving house. There will be a gap of several months before we move into our new house. Is it possible to maintain use of our email account via smart phone during this time, i.e. when we will have no cabled broadband connection? If so, what measures do I need to put in place?

Hi Nick_Akers, you get a bit of leaway during which you can use a mailbox without having an account. If however you're not on a live broadband account soon enough you can take TalkTalk Mail Plus account to ensure your mailbox remains active.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
