I have recently switched to TalkTalk and am on the verge of cancelling - since the switch, our mobile phones rarely work on the WiFi - each phone appears to connect, and the status on the phone says 'Connected, good quality', but the internet does not work on the phone unless we switch the WiFi off. Has anyone else had this problem? All other devices such as iPads, the TV etc seem to be working fine.

You don't mention the make of the phone?
What make / model are the phones.
Are there any errors etc ?
What model router do you have.
Also, please add your home phone number to your Community Profile so I can take a look.
