Moved home - phone number status - Inflight- Help!!

Hi @Chris-TalkTalk,

 

I am hoping you might have some insights to it as I saw your response to a similar question, would really appreciate the help

My talk talk internet service was supposed to disconnect on 25th March at the old flat and go-live at the new address on 26th March. It did disconnect but not live yet at the new flat. My account is showing "Your order is now complete and your service is active. Broadband & Phone 26 March 2020"

 

When I connect the router, it shows a red light under internet and when I check service status it says "Your phone line is disconnected" and the new line status is showing "Inflight"

 

I am really struggling work from home on my phone's data plan.

 

I have tried calling them, tweeting at them, DM, but still haven't managed get in touch with them. 

 

Anyone else who can help here!

@Karl-TalkTalk I have created my own thread and have tagged you there. I'm not sure why you aren't replying there. I'm honestly fed up with talktalk service right now

If you start your own thread (new message), wed love to help.

 

Weve found that posting in someone elses conversation makes it harder to follow when looking for an answer.

 

Its easier and quicker if we can chat with you in a single thread, if you start your own thread, that will keep our community organised and help others with a similar problem.

 

Check your home phone number or account number are also added to your Community Profile as that will really help us to find your details quicker.

@dm1990Has your problem been resolved? As i am facing the same problem.

@Michelle-TalkTalk Please reach out to me, i work from home and been using mobile data to do so. If this continues then i may loose my job. Please help!

  • TalkTalk Telephone number
