Moving house

Hello,  

I am moving house on 4th April and need my internet connection transferred over.  I am a key worker in children's services and so need a home connection for work urgently.

The recommended timescale for a home move is to start the process at least 14 days prior to the moving date.

That is in normal times.

If you have not already requested the transfer it could be many weeks before you could get connected, especially if where you are moving to does not have an existing landline, Openreach are severely restricting access to customer premises.
