I am moving to a rented house for 6 months and want to move my broadband with me, however the house has an existing phone number. Can I use this existing phone number? The landlord doesn't want it changed.

I would suggest calling our home move Team during Business hours (Monday to Saturday 10:00am to 18:00pm) on 03451720046
They will be able to transfer the service to your new property on the current line, but be aware when you move back the current number may be lost.

I assume the landlord then has a active account at the said address. Can he not facilitate the Broadband using the active number already there?
I'm not sure your going to be able to move your account there if the landlord currently has a active account. The Support staff will be back in the morning and should be able to assist with this ensure your profile is up-to-date so they can locate your account if needed.
